1. Acceptance of these Terms

ScooterBuySell is operated by WEP Ventures LLC (“ScooterBuySell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the ScooterBuySell website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. What ScooterBuySell Is

ScooterBuySell is an online marketplace where private sellers and dealers can list scooters for sale and where buyers can browse, ask questions, and connect with sellers. We provide the platform that makes listings and communication possible — we are not a party to any sale, and we do not take title to, inspect, or guarantee any scooter listed on the site.

3. Accounts

You sign in using a magic link sent to your email address — we don’t store passwords. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Private sellers choose a username that’s shown publicly instead of their real name; dealers are identified by their dealership name. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, a listing, or a dealer profile.

4. Listings

If you submit a listing, you’re representing that you own the scooter (or are authorized to sell it), that the information and photos you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to post the content you upload. Dealer listings go through a verification step before a dealer profile goes live. We reserve the right to remove any listing, comment, or account that violates these terms or that we otherwise believe is misleading, fraudulent, or harmful.

5. Transactions Between Users

Buyers and sellers arrange and complete the actual sale directly with each other — payment, inspection, paperwork, title transfer, and shipping or pickup are all handled between the parties involved, not by ScooterBuySell. We are not responsible for the condition of any scooter, the accuracy of any listing, or the conduct of any buyer, seller, or dealer. Use good judgment: meet in safe locations, verify vehicle documentation, and be cautious with any payment made before you’ve seen a scooter in person.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting a dealer affiliation
• Using the site to harass, spam, or scrape data from other users
• Attempting to circumvent account, security, or verification features
• Uploading content you don’t have the right to use

7. Disclaimers

The site and its listings are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that listings are accurate, that any scooter is as described, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEP Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any transaction between users, including disputes over a scooter’s condition, title, or sale.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
